"Mowita" is at the first floor of a very nice historical four-storey building equipped with a large lift. 
 
From both the windows of the flat you have an outstanding view of the ocean, besides the balcony gives you the opportuniy to enjoy your drink while looking at the big red sun sinking into the blue sea. 
 
The wonderful position offers sleepy mornings with a silent peace while the gentle sound of the waves set that relaxing tone that makes you really feel on holiday. 

The furniture and decoration of the flat are neat and colorful and give a vibrant energy of joy and harmony.

The flat has one bedroom with king’s size bed, memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. The sitting room features a convertible sofa turning into a king’s size bed in one easy movement. Full linen included.
 
In the sitting room there is a 32' flat screen TV, that is connected to internet via wifi. High speed wifi available free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware and whatever is needed to cook & enjoy your meals (please just note that there is no conventional oven but microwave only).
 
Tea and coffee making facilities (instant coffee, moka coffee, expresso machine, a boiler for teas and herbal teas) as well as a toaster are available to prepare your breakfast. Besides, you will find milk, orange juice, teas & herbal teas, instant coffee (decaffeinated too), coffee powder for the moka, soluble cappuccino, espresso coffee pods, jams, butter, honey, some rolls and a bread loaf for the toasts.
 
Dish soap, household cleaning products and tools are available as well as ironing facilities and a drying rack.

The bathroom features a sink, the wc, the bidet, the shower with chormotherapy and it is equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, shower gel, micellar cleansing water and cotton pads, body lotion and hairdryer.
