My family boasts a great tradition of Italian typical dishes that I then enalarged with some creative cuisine.

Since I was a kid I have always liked to stay in the kitchen where my mother and my aunt used to take care about meals of a family of six. I have always enjoyed all kinds of food, from the quick snacks to the preparations lasting several days.

I am so happy to share all this and teach you to prepare some of the Italian most famous dishes (making home made pasta from scratch of course !)  using fresh and organic ingredients, in an easy going and cheerful atmosphere. What I like more is to see that people have fun at cooking together. It is always a very pleasant time.

We will enjoy preparation and the meal of course !
